The breakfast was surprisingly good! Clean room and comfy beds, but the tiny space was a bummer for two people 😕

i enjoyed that the room was impeccably clean with sofa, a bathroom. the staff was excellent and efficient and everything was great. location: the hotel was really close to restaurants.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was good. In overall the room was spotless and with a bathroom as well as sofa. The location was convenient in the middle of jackson.

Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

The pool was heated perfectly making it a joy to swim in even during cold weather. The staff was friendly.

The queen room felt uncomfortably cramped for two adults, with insufficient space to move around. The room's heavy comforter made for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and the curtains failed to block out light from the parking lot. Although the staff was attentive and tried to address my concerns by offering a room change, the initial charge felt excessive for the services received. Breakfast options were limited, needing to be requested during check-out instead of being offered as a standard service.

It was just an optimal selection for a brief pit stop in Fairmont with fantastic value for money. The super nice team, especially when I requested extra towels during my overnight stay. Make sure to check out the fitness center. It's convenient after traveling all day.
